As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP^®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

I’m a mortgage broker and co-owner of DNVR Lending, dedicated to making the lending process seamless and approachable for my clients. With a strong emphasis on building relationships, I collaborate closely with realtors and other industry professionals to create inviting, community-centered events such as homebuyer educational sessions and open houses. With over 20 years of residential mortgage lending experience, I’m able to provide a full-service experience for all types of clientele—whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, an investment purchaser, or searching for a second home, vacation property, or builder’s service.

My expertise extends beyond traditional lending services. I’m committed to expanding my knowledge and skill set, and hold credentials like the Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP) designation to better support clients navigating significant life transitions. My goal is to help individuals feel confident and supported throughout the mortgage process.

I’m also dedicated to giving back to the community. I actively participate in various initiatives that align with my commitment to making a positive impact, and currently serve as an associate board member with Project Helping.
