As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
As a mortgage consultant, I have helped hundreds of clients make their dreams of homeownership come true since 2012. In 2021, I was encouraged to specialize in divorce mortgage planning, which led me to earn a designation.
I have always been drawn to the law. So, I wanted to deepen my knowledge, in 2024, I completed my collaborative law training with the King County Collaborative Law organization. I am immensely proud to announce that in December 2024, I successfully completed both the training and the exam to become a Certified Divorce Lending Professional through the Divorce Lending Association.
Currently, about half of my practice is dedicated to advising and supporting clients through the financial complexities of divorce. I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their real estate goals while navigating post-divorce transitions.
