As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
Born and raised in New Jersey. After studying at Rutgers University, I decided to trade in the City life for the Mountains in Colorado. The mountains have now been my home for the last 30 years. I am fortunate enough to be able to split my time between the front range and the Vail Valley. I have spent over 25 years in the Real Estate field, as a realtor, investor, and developer. My move to the Mortgage industry seemed like a natural progression.
Helping clients fulfill their dreams of home ownership is everything I have successfully accomplished and wish to continue being able to do. I believe that an educated buyer is the best buyer and I love to educate each buyer. Mortgages are a process and can often frustrate people, and I like to take that frustration out of the mix. My approach to mortgages is working with client’s step by step and being extremely approachable. Whether this is your first home or fourth home, I will help make the process as easy as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact me as I am always available to help my clients. Real Estate doesn’t always happen between 9-5 Monday-Friday and neither do mortgages! I will be touching base with you in the next few days to see if there is anything that I can help you with now or in the future with your mortgage needs.
I currently live in Parker with my husband Brady and two dogs. We have proudly raised two daughters, one living in Denver and one living in Dallas. When not working we are spending time in the mountains, looking forward to spending more time traveling and hiking with our dogs.
I currently volunteer as a Board Member/Treasurer of the Parker Chamber of Commerce, sits on the Advisory Committee of CSU Extension board for Douglas County, and is an Emeritus member of the Eagle County Fair and Rodeo board. Giving back to community is so important to me.
